Fred Astaire Dance Studio is part of a 76 year corporate legacy. Here in Pensacola we are growing, and looking for someone to help communicate with students as well as take over much of the digital communication and paper trails that are required to maintain our A game. We are professional and social, fun and fast paced. In a ballroom studio, you need to be able to have constant music playing while remaining focused on phone calls and tasks. Our goal is to Optimize the client experience - which begins at the front desk but continues through instructors and into management.

We're hiring a friendly, outgoing Front Desk Receptionist to take care of incoming telephone calls and studio clients and guests. The successful applicant should be top rated in customer service, also a self-starter who can work independently, prioritize responsibilities and follow through. Customer service and personal relationships can't be taught, our systems can be. Our full-time hours are 12 noon - 9 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and requests from both new and existing clients
• Record lessons and payments
• Social media daily tasks
• Email campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
